Olefin use
Olefin is a material for the development of which the scientists Carl Ziegler and Giulio Natta were awarded the Nobel Prize. Already then the world appreciated the strong, light and very tactile artificial thread, so it took a special place in the textile industry.
Olefin is dyed during yarn production and retains its fresh color for a long time, which, combined with the variety of textures, weaves and designs, makes it a universal material for any project.
Increased stability
The Siesta catalog clearly demonstrates the advantages of olefin and its resistance to the environment: the fabrics are elastic, highly resistant to UV radiation, fading, abrasion (50,000 Martindale cycles) and temperature fluctuations, they repel moisture, dust and pollution.
Compared to acrylic, olefin's durability is higher. It does not conduct static electricity, is used in different weave variants and opens up a wide range of possibilities for working with completely different palettes and interiors.
Eco-friendliness
Furthermore, olefin is an environmentally friendly and safe material for humans and animals, which is developed in a virtually waste-free production process and recycled repeatedly after use.
Special coating
Thanks to a special carbon coating Flora, fabrics of the new collection limit the penetration of water, including chlorinated water from the pool, are not afraid of rain and splashes, juices and alcoholic beverages. Droplets simply remain on the surface of the fibers and it is enough to brush them off or wait for them to dry on their own. Antibacterial impregnation completely eliminates the emergence of germs and bacteria.
Versatility
Siesta by Eustergerling is suitable for upholstering of furniture, reupholstering of deck-chairs and beach chairs, manufacture of covers for pillows and mattresses, terrace draperies, as well as for textile design of yachts, balconies, summer verandas, cottages, gardens, beaches and swimming pools. Certainly, the characteristics of the fabric allow using it for textile decoration of interiors. Despite the strength of thread, it is pleasant to the touch and is similar to usual upholstery materials.
Ease of operation Ease of use
The fabric does not absorb dirt, be it food stains or sunscreen. In order to get rid of traces, it is enough to clean them with soap and water and let them dry. Fabrics can also be washed in a washing machine at 30 degrees, dry-cleaned.
